This website offers original fine art, giclée prints, and branded merchandise (such as hats, t-shirts, and hoodies). All products are offered subject to availability and the terms described herein.
All transactions are processed through WooCommerce and may include fulfillment by Printful or other third-party print and shipping providers.
All artwork, images, text, designs, and other content on this website are the intellectual property of Michael Dodsonand are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any of the content without prior written permission.
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently due to variations in monitor settings or lighting.
Each piece of original art is unique, and all sales of original artworks are final. Giclée prints and merchandise are produced on demand and may vary slightly in appearance due to the printing process.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payments are processed securely via WooCommerce using accepted payment methods such as credit/debit cards or PayPal.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the total order amount, including taxes and shipping.
Orders for prints and merchandise are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand provider.
Shipping times and availability may vary based on location, production schedules, and global supply conditions.
You will receive an order confirmation and tracking information once your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occurs during shipping, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving any issues.
Original Artwork: All sales of original artworks are final.
Prints and Merchandise: Because these items are made to order, we can only offer replacements or refunds in cases of damage, misprints, or incorrect items.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once a print or merchandise item has entered production through Printful, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
For original artwork, please contact us directly to discuss any special circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michael Dodson – Human Artist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the purchase of any product.
We make no guarantees regarding the availability or performance of third-party services (including Printful or shipping providers).
