Thank you for supporting Michael Dodson – Human Artist. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, produced, and delivered.
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed. Processing includes order verification, printing, packaging, and shipment preparation.
Original Artwork: Usually ships within 5–10 business days after purchase.
Prints & Merchandise: Fulfilled by Printful and typically produced within 3–7 business days before shipping.
Please note that production and shipping times may vary during holidays, high-demand periods, or unforeseen delays.
– Original artworks are shipped directly by the Artist via reputable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx). – Prints and merchandise are fulfilled and shipped by **Printful** from the closest fulfillment center to your delivery address.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, item weight, and shipping method. From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the site when applicable.
Estimated delivery times (after fulfillment): – **U.S. Orders:** 3–7 business days – **International Orders:** 7–21 business days (depending on customs and carrier delays)
These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local authorities. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Provide your order number and photos of any damage. We’ll work with Printful or the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize there’s a mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately — if the order hasn’t entered production or shipment yet, we’ll do our best to correct it.
If your order includes both original artwork and Printful products, your items may arrive in **separate packages**. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.
