At Michael Dodson – Human Artist, each order is produced with care and attention to detail. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for original art, prints, and merchandise.

1. Original Artwork

All sales of original artworks are final.
Each piece is unique, and we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an original artwork has been shipped.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider and explore a fair resolution.

2. Giclée Prints & Merchandise (Printful Products)

Our prints and merchandise (hats, t-shirts, hoodies, etc.) are made to order through Printful. Because these items are custom printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color preference.

However, we will gladly replace or refund items that:

  • Arrive damaged or misprinted

  • Are incorrect due to a fulfillment error

To request a replacement:

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once a product has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Shipping Issues

If an item is lost or significantly delayed in shipping, please contact us. We’ll work with Printful and the carrier to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
